There is a 50% cancellation fee on any bookings that get canceled within 24 hours of the appointment. I understand things come up, but as long as you cancel before the 24 hour mark or reschedule before the 24 hour mark, then you won’t get charged the fee. This is to protect me from product cost as I’ve usually bought the product 24 hours before each appointment. Thank you so much for understanding! No showing an appointment will cost you 100% of the service charge. If you show up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, there’s a chance I won’t have time to fit you into my schedule and will also cost you the 100% cancelation fee.
